Heather Swanson is the Orchestra Director at Griffin Middle School in Frisco. Swanson received her Master's in Double Bass Performance from Baylor University in 2014, where she worked closely with with Double Bass Professor Dr. Sandor Ostlund and String Music Education faculty Dr. Michael Alexander. She continues to be a part of the Baylor University Band and Orchestra Camp. Before coming to Texas, Miss Swanson graduated State University of New York at Fredonia with her degree in Music Education.
